Welcome to Intention Squared (intentionsquared.com). By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your location to place an order. If you order on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have permission to provide their shipping details and any personalization content.

Products & personalization

MY YEAR² Personalized Journals are made to order. You are responsible for the title, goals, and other text you submit for the cover.

Do not submit illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise abusive content for personalization. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this rule, and we are not obligated to print content that we reasonably believe is inappropriate or unlawful.

Please review your personalization carefully before checkout. Once production begins, changes and refunds are limited as described in our Refund Policy.

Pricing & orders

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept when we confirm or begin fulfilling the order.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, product designs (aside from your personalization text), and related materials are owned by Intention Squared or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. You keep ownership of the personal text you submit; you grant us a license to use it solely to fulfill your order.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Intention Squared is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your location apply.
